We believe that customer feedback is the most important part of running our business. The feedback we gather from customers is invaluable and we use it as the key factor when designing and improving our products for you.
How We Collect Feedback
We welcome all feedback by email, phone, social media and via our third-party review providers, Google & Trustpilot.
Trustpilot, in particular, is an independent business that has strict rules to make sure that all reviews are from real customers with real points of view. You can view all of our Trustpilot reviews here, and even leave one of your own if you like.
We aim to answer every single piece of feedback we receive regardless of the channel it comes through.
Where To See Our Scores
You can view our Google reviews here, and we display our favourite Trustpilot reviews on a number of places across our site, including our homepage and across all our booking pages and below. You can also see them directly on the Trustpilot website.
All the feedback we receive via any source is monitored internally by the team and passed back to the relevant department.
We have now surpassed 10,000 reviews which is a huge milestone that we are so excited to have hit.
